A done-for-you email marketing design experience that handles all the design and tech in a single day, so you can stop procrastinating and start showing up in people's inboxes like you've been meaning to.
It's not that you don't understand the importance of email marketing. You've heard it a thousand times, and it’s actually starting to get fucking annoying: "If INstAgrAm diSapPeAreD tOmORroW, yoU'd bE sCreWeD."
Yeah yeah, you know.
But knowing doesn't make ~actually doing something about it~ less overwhelming. Because every time you log in, you’re confronted with newsletter drafts from last July that you never sent, formatting that fights you at every turn, a bunch of random layout blocks thrown together with no clear on-brand direction, and a half-built welcome sequence you never actually published.
And every time you think "this is the week I'll finally set it up!" you immediately remember that you’re not actually a designer and there’s 90823408 steps involved, so your email marketing plans get pushed to the backburner. Again.
tbh... you just need a great designer to design the damn thing for you.

Not because I have better time management than you (I don't) or because I have some superhuman discipline gene (I absoluuuuutely don't).
I’ve stayed consistent because I built myself a system that makes it easy.
My templates were already designed, my workflows were already set up, and my favorites library was already loaded with every block style I could possibly need, so all I had to do each week was sit down, write for 45 minutes, drop the content into my newsletter template, and hit “schedule send”
That's it.
The barrier between "I should write a newsletter" and "newsletter sent" became so low that skipping a week felt harder than just… doing it.
(And I’m being so serious about that. I sent a newsletter the week I was in rehearsals for RENT until 11pm every night. I sent one from a hotel in a small town in Germany with spotty WiFi during a friend's wedding weekend. I sent one the week I moved apartments in NYC and had no furniture—all because I had a system.)
And my newsletter is a massive part of why my services have been completely booked out for the last 3 years running—even though I rarely post on IG.
That's exactly what I want you to have, too.

After you inquire, we'll hop on a quick call to talk through your needs & goals. I'll walk you through my process, answer your questions, and make sure we're aligned before you book.
★
Once you're in, you’ll get a Notion dash that includes a checklist with everything I need from you—brand assets, copy for your welcome sequence, details about your newsletter, all of it. (It also includes resources and newsletter inspo to help you write!)

At 9am on your design day, we'll get on a call to review everything from your questionnaire, clarify any open questions, and make sure we're on the same page before I dive in.
★
This is when I'm in the zone—designing your newsletter template, formatting your welcome sequence, building out your workflows, customizing every single block style, and setting up your opt-in forms and lead magnet delivery emails. I'll check in with you every couple of hours throughout the day to share progress and make sure you're loving the direction.
★
Once everything's built, I'll record a personalized walkthrough of your specific setup plus a general Flodesk tutorial so you know exactly how to use everything.
Email marketing stops being a huuuuge overwhelming project and becomes a 45-minute Monday morning thing you actually enjoy doing.
A place where you can think out loud, share what's on your mind, and connect with your people without performing for an algorithm.
When your signup forms look this good—clean, branded, actually aligned with your website—you'll stop hiding them in your link-in-bio and start actively sharing them.
When you have a system that makes it easy to show up consistently, your list becomes a revenue channel instead of a thing you feel guilty about neglecting.
Because you're building something deeper than a follower count. You're building trust, connection, and the kind of audience that actually wants to hear from you.
then, it's all yours!

frequently asked questions
You need a brand identity—AKA solidified fonts, colors, and logos to work with during your Flodesk Design Day. Whether I designed your brand or someone else did doesn't matter—but if you're still figuring out your visual identity, you'll need to handle that first before we can move forward. I can't do my best design work without a completed brand to build from!
Unfortunately no. If you're currently on another platform (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.) and want to switch to Flodesk, I'm excited to get you started there, but I can't help with the technical process of migrating your list over. This service covers the design and setup of your Flodesk account only.
This service includes design and setup for 1 freebie opt-in and 1 welcome sequence. If you have multiple freebies or different welcome sequences for different freebies, I'm happy to set those up as time allows at the end of the day (and there's usually time!). But if we don't get to them, no worries—I'll make sure you know exactly how to duplicate and customize the templates I've created so you can easily hook up any additional sequences or freebies on your own.
Yes! Before your design day, you'll need to decide what sections you want in your newsletter template (intro? PS? any specialty sections? etc.). In your Notion dash, there'll be a list of section ideas from newsletters I love for inspiration, but you'll need to come to our kickoff call with a clear idea of the content you’re going to be inspired to send!
No problem—but you'll need to write it before your design day! I can only design and format emails that already have copy. In your onboarding materials, I'll send you this free guide from Sara at BTL Copy (aka the email queen who happens to be one of my best friends) that walks you through exactly how to structure a killer welcome sequence. Follow that, write your emails, and then I'll make them look beautiful.
I don't offer copywriting as part of this service—I'm purely handling the design and visual setup. But I've included links to guides, inspo, and resources in the Notion dash to help you write your own copy (including a killer welcome sequence guide from Sara at BTL Copy). If you need a copywriter, I'm happy to recommend some!
That's okay! We can still design your newsletter template and other general email layouts. When you're ready to create a freebie, the opt-in form template and lead magnet delivery email will be ready for you to customize and launch. But if growing your list is a priority, I'd recommend getting at least one lead magnet created before your design day so we can set up that full system.
You don't need to be actively selling right now, but this service is designed for people who want email to function as part of their business—freebies, list growth, future launches, audience nurturing, all of that. If you're truly just writing for personal creative expression with no business goals attached, Substack is honestly a better (and cheaper!) fit for that.
Absolutely! That's exactly why the tutorial videos are included. I'll walk you through everything step by step—how to duplicate templates, how to customize sections, how to schedule emails, all of it. Flodesk is super intuitive once everything's set up, and you'll have the videos to reference anytime you forget something.
